Ingredients

    c cubed cooked chicken (2 pieces)

    medium unpeeled red apple chopped

    c dried cranberries

  • 1/2

    c thinly sliced celery

  • 1/4

    c chopped pecans

    tbsp thinly sliced green onions

  • 3/4

    c mayonnaise or salad dressing

    tsp curry powder

Directions

In a bowl, conbine the first six ingredients. Combine mayo, lime juice, and curry powder, add to chicken mixture and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
