Ingredients
- 1 package (5 ounce) Stella D'Oro Anginetti Cookies
- 1 1/2 cups thawed cool whip
- 1 package(3 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple(drained)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut cookies in half (horizonally)
2. Beat whipped topping and cream cheese (medium speed) 1 minute or until blended.
Gently stir in pineapple.
3. Spoon 1 tablespoon pineapple mixture onto bottom half of each cookie, cover with top.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
10 servings( 2 cream puffs each)
