Ingredients
- 1 lb Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 28 oz. can chopped green chilies or fresh chilies (roasted/peeled/chopped)
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 5 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
Method:
Layer half of the green chilies in a 9x13 baking dish.
Mix the shredded cheeses together and put half of the cheese on top of the chilies.
Layer remaining chilies on top of cheese and put the remaining cheese on top of the chilies.
Beat sour cream and eggs together until well mixed and pour over chilies and cheese.
Bake at 350˚F for 30 - 45 minutes or until almost golden.
