Ingredients
- 1 can lemonade or lime-and-lemonade
- 2 T gin
- 4 T ketchup
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 lean chicken breast fillets
- salt and pepper
- egg noodles and scallions to serve
Preparation
Step 1
Combine lemonade, gin, ketchup, garlic salt, Worcestershire, and seasoning in a large non-porous dish.
Put the chicken into the dish and make sure that the marinae covers them completely.
Leave to marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove and leave covered at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Place the chicken over a medium barbecue and cook for 20 minutes. Turn the chicken once, halfway through the cooking time.
Remove from the bbq and leave to rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
Serve with egg noodles, tossed with a little scallions.
