Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 t salt
- 1-2 lbs chicken strips
- 1/3 bottle blue cheese dressing
- 2 t water
- 1 t bottled hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In shallow bowl, combine cornflakes and salt. In large bowl, combine salad dressing, water and hot pepper sauce. Add chicken and coat. Roll chicken strips individually in crumb mix to coat. Place in single layer in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
