Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs, hard cooked
  • 3 tablespoons mayo + {46g}
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream+ {32g}
  • 1/4 teaspoon vinegar {2g})
  • 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard+ {12g}
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt+
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper+
  • A little grated onion to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook, drain, cool and peel eggs. Slice egg in half lengthwise. Transfer yolks to bowl and smash. Add remaining ingredients, mashing mixture until smooth. Fill whites with mixture.
