Ingredients
- 2 lbs whole fresh mushrooms
- 1 carton (8oz) spreadable garden vegetable cream cheese
- 4 oz imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar, divided
- 2 T mayo
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop 1/4 cup; set caps aside. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in chopped stems, crab, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, mayo, salt and pepper. Spoon 2 t into each mushroom cap. Place on foil lined baking sheet; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes.
