Ingredients
- 1/8 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 Oz chicken thighs, cut up
- 1 can black beans, rinsed
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 Teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Cook chicken thighs until thoroughly done. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Place in a slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook until flavors are blended. Serves 6.
