Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2 sticks of butter
- 2 cps parmesian cheese
- 3 cps heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lbs of fettichini
Preparation
Step 1
Seanson and bake chicken, cut into bite size pieces
Sauce: Melt butter in saucepan, add cream and cheese, cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
Cook pasta in boiling water, drain
Mix chicken and alfredo sauce together.
Put sauce and chicken over pasta and serve.
