Monday Roast

Ingredients

• 1 package of Lipton Onion Soup mix
• 3-4 lb Eye of Round roast

Preparation

Step 1

Make a foil "tent" in a 9" X 13" pan….take 2 pieces of foil and connect them side by side making 1 large square piece of foil)

Place roast in middle of foil and sprinkle soup mix on top.

Put in pan and bring the four corners of foil together to form a "tent".

Bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
(Makes it own gravy)

Note: Makes great sandwiches for later meals.
