Ingredients
- 3 cans (15 oz each) pork and beans
- 1/2 C onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 C green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 C ketchup
- 1/2 C maple syrup
- 2 Tbs finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 C crumbled cooked bacon
Preparation
Step 1
In a 3 qt slow cooker, combine the first 6 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until vegetables are tender. Just before serving, stir in bacon.
