CHI-CHI'S SEAFOOD ENCHILADAS

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup onions chopped
  • 8 Oz crabmeat (real or imitation) chopped
  • 1 3/4 cup Monterrey jack cheese; shredded (3/4 cup set aside)
  • A few shakes of Joes Stuff
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. MIX TOGATHER; 1 can soup,onion,crab meat,1 cup of cheese, Joes stuff.
2. place 1/3 cup mixture on each tortills. place seam side down on a greesed cake pan.
3. combine 1 can soup, 1 cup milk, pour over enchiladas top with remaining cheese bake at 350 untill cheese is golden brown on top.
