Ingredients
- 1 15 oz refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 2 eggs
- 1 kielbasa ring, coarsly chopped
- 3/4 cup frz hashbrown, thawed
- 1/3 cup frz peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Remove pie crust from pouch; unroll onto greased large cookie sheet.
In a large bowl, beat 1 egg thoroughly. Stir in remainder of ingredients.
Spon kielbasa mixture evenly onto half of crust within 1/2 inch of edge. Beat 1 egg in small bowl. Brush edge of crust. Fold crust over filling; press edges with fork to seal. Cut several slits in top of crust for steam to escapes. Brush top with beaten egg.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
