Ingredients
- 4 c salted water
- 1 c instant polenta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 c crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 tbsp chopped oregano
- Nutmeg
- Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Bring salted water to a bowl. Slowly add polenta, whisking. Reduce heat and simmer stirring, until thick and creamy, 10 mins. Stir in butter, gorgonzola, oregano and a dash of nutmeg. Top with more cheese and pepper.
