Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs of lean ground beef
- 2 1/2 T chopped onions
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 small can of mushroom pieces
- 1/2 stick margarine or butter
- 2 T flout
- 1 t salt
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
- Cooked noodles (or rice)
Preparation
Step 1
Brown onion in margarine or butter
Add ground beef and stir around with onion until browned
While stirring; add flour, salt and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add soup and stir well; simmer still stirring well for additional 5 minutes
Turn off heat and add sour cream.
Serve over cooked noodles or hot rice.
