Butter Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour
  • 1 box confectioner’s sugar
  • 3 T vanilla
  • 3 T lemon extract
  • 6 eggs, at room temp
  • 3 sticks butter (set out 30 min prior to preparation)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease and flour bundt cake pan.

Crack eggs into mixing bowl.

Cream butter into eggs.

Cream in confectioner’s sugar.

Fold in flour.

Use hand or electric mixer to whip up thick batter.

Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Let cool for 1 hour.
