  • Rub:
  • 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Coarse Salt
  • 2 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Salmon:
  • 4-6 Ounces Salmon
  • 1 - Fire and Flavor Cedar Grilling Plank

Preparation

Step 1

Soak Plank 1 Hour in Water

Preheat grill to 350 degrees

Place soaked plank on grill or in oven for 3 minutes - Turn plank over and place salmon on on heated side of plank - Grill or bake for 15 - 25 minutes.
