Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 16 oz package macaroni cooked and drained (about 6 cups cooked)
  • 2 T oil
  • 13 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 t salt
  • 4 cups of Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)

Servings 6

Preparation

Step 1

Toss cooked macaroni in oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into lightly greased (with butter) crock pot.
Stir well.

Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
