Ingredients
- 2 TBL olive oil
- 1 envelope pesto sauce mix
- 1 TBL lemon juice
- 6 hlibut fillets (4 oz each)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients.
Brush both sides of halibut.
Place in greased 13" x 9" baking dish
Bake, uncovered @450 for 12-15 min or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
