Potato Chowder

Ingredients

  • Small bag of frozen sweet corn
  • Small container of half and half
  • 1/2 sweet yellow onion chopped finely
  • 1 piece of ham steak cut up in bite sized pieces
  • 8 Small red potatoes, chopped bite sized
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Tonys seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil onions, chopped potatoes and corn until potatoes are soft (20 mins). Drain. Add butter, 1/2 of the half and half, and 1 cup milk. Heat until butter melts.

2. Add chopped ham and the other 1/2 of half and half and 1 cup of milk, bring to slow low boil, add seasoning to taste.
