APPLE DUMPLING CAKE

Another recipe from my mom...

Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith Apples
  • 2 pkg small crescent rolls
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 lb (1 cup) melted butter
  • 2 tsp cinammon
  • 1 can Mountain Dew

Preparation

Step 1

Slice apples. Place 1/2 of the apples on the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Put remaining apples inside of the 16 crescent rolls. Set on top of apples.

Combine sugar, cinammon and melted butter. Pour over crescents.

Pour can of mountain dew over all.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve with ice cream.
