Ingredients
- 30 oz frozen corn - cooked and drain
- 6 tbsp butter
- 6 tbsp flour
- 3 tsp salt
- 1/4 sugar - dble sugar if not using sweet corn
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp butter melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in skillet, add flour
2. Blend well, add milk and sugar
3. Stir constantly until mixture is bubbly
4. Remove from heat
5. Place back on heat and boil 1 min
6. Stir in corn and egg and mix well
7. Pour into well greased casserole dish
8. Mix crackers with butter and sprinkle over top
9. Bake uncovered in the oven for 30-35 mins
