Crispy Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pkg devil's food cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c butter, melted
• 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate coarsely chopped
• 1 1/2 c crisp rice cereal

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat 375.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and melted butter. Beat on low speed for 1 min or just until smooth. Stir in chocolate and cereal. Mix well.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto prepare baking shhets 2 inches apart. flatten slightly with fingers. Bake, one sheet at a time, for 8-12 mins or until set. Cool 1 min on baking sheets or until firm, then transfer cookies to racks and cool completely.
