White Cheese Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 c diced potatoes
  • 1/4 c chopped onions
  • 2 c milk
  • 3 c water
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 T fresh parsley
  • 1 T fresh cilantro
  • 1/3 c parm. cheese
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
  • 1 t Mrs Dash
  • 2 c chicken bouillon
  • 2 t italian seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil,add fresh herbs and vegetables. Boil for 5min, add milk, butter, boil for 3min more, add spices and seasonings,add flour and cheese

Stir very well so flour and cheese don't clump, continue stirring

Serve when vegetables and tender and well blended

Top with cheddar cheese
