Ingredients
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary
- Salt
- Softened butter
- Toast rounds
- Bresaola
Preparation
Step 1
Toss shallot, olive oil, rosemary and pinch of salt; set aside for 10 mins. Spread butter on toast rounds. Top with sliced bresaola (cured beef) and marinated shallot. Drizzle with marinade.
