Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup Bisquick
• 1/2 t. salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup shredded cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground beef and onion, then drain,
Stir in Salt
Spread in greased 9" pie plate
Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir milk, bisquick and eggs with fork until blended
Pour into pie plate mixture.

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
