Rosemary Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 3 (or more) large potatoes, peeled
  • 1 whole chicken (4 lbs) cut up
  • 2 T olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t garlic powder
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 t dried rosemary, crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each potato into four wedges.
Place chicken and potatoes in a greased 9 X 13 baking dish or shallow roasting pan. Drizzle with oil.
Combine salt, garlic powder and pepper, sprinkle over chicken and potatoes.
Sprinkle rosemary over chicken.

Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes; drain.

Bake 15 – 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
