Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp dried minced onion
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the biscuit mix, cheese and onion. Stir in milk until a soft dough forms; stir 30 seconds longer. Drop by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 450F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Combine butter and garlic powder; brush over biscuits.
