Velveeta Ranch Twice Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Real Bacon bits
  • 1/4 lb (4oz) Velveeta cheese, cut up

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bake potatoes at 400F for 1 hour.

2. Slice off tops of potatoes; scoop out centers, leaving 1/8" shell. Mash potatoes. Add dressing, sour cream and bacon bits; beat until fluffy. Stir Velveeta into potato mixture. Spoon into shells.

3. Bake at 350F for 20 mins.
