Ingredients
- Sift together and add:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 cups oil {15oz}
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots {15oz}
- 1/2-1 cup chopped walnuts {2-4oz}
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Frosting:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Put in 13x9” pan and bake 45 minutes at 350°F
FROSTING:
Beat the heck out of it and add 1 tablespoon hot water to spread on cooled cake.
