Ingredients

  • 2 (24oz) bags frozen Ore-Ida steam n mash potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • 1 (1oz) pkg Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (3oz) pkg real bacon bits
  • 1 pkg shredded swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes according to package. Immediately open bags to release steam. Spread potatoes in single layer on a baking sheet and refrigerate until cook, about 2 hours. In large bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayo and ranch mix. Stir in bacon bits, and cheese. Gently fold in chilled potatoes.
