Seven Layer Bars

Christy introduced these to me one afternoon when we got together to scrapbook. They were so good! She did not use nuts. I am typically not a fan of coconut, but it tasted great in this recipe! Savor every bite of these tasty morsels!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 14 squares)
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 6 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup coconut, sweetened
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Pour the melted butter into a bowl and mix with the graham crackers. Pat the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Layer the rest of the ingredients on top, and pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into 1 inch squares.
