Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 C sugar
  • 3 T margarine
  • 1/3 C peanut butter
  • 1 C evaporated milk
  • 1 C miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in skillet; bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes until medium soft ball.

Remove and add marshmallows, peanut butter, and vanilla, stirring until marshmallows melt. Pour into buttered pan. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
