Ingredients
- head of iceberg
- bacon
- vinegar
- water
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Soak lettuce in cold water with tons of salt on top and cover.
fry bacon until crisp and save some bacon juice
heat vinegar mixed with water and bacon juice.
squeeze water out from lettuce and add to hot liquid of vinegar/water/bacon juice.
then add in cut up bacon.
