Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg spice cake mix
• 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/3 c pumpking puree
• 1/3 c veg oil
• 1/4 c water
• 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine mix, pudding, eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and cinnamon. Beat on medium speed for 2 mins. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 35-40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool.
