Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 teas baking soda
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 can[20 oz] crushed pineapple with juice,undrained
• 1 cup walnuts,coarsely chopped
• 1/2 cup softened butter
• icing
• 4 oz softened cream cheese
• 2 cups conf sugar
• 1 teas vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

preheat 325*..coat 13x9 with spray..in a large mixing bowl mix flour,sugar,baking baking,eggspineapple with juice,coconut and walnuts...stir with wooden spoon till combined and moist,.spoon mix into pan..bake 35-40 minutes..remove from oven and cool......icing.... beat butter andcream cheese. graduallu add conf sugar..add vanilla
