Ingredients

- 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts (honey, dry roasted, plain, whatever!)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients except peanuts together using an electric or stand mixer on medium speed until incorporated and smooth. Mix in peanuts on low speed or just stir in with a spoon.
2. Best at room temperature for dipping, but store in the fridge.
