Frozen Strawberry Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz package of Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 24 oz package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 2 sliced bananas
  • 1 T lemon Juice
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 cup of pecans (chopped)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, cream cheese, add sugar and mix well.
Mix in strawberries with juice.
Place bananas in a small bowl and toss with lemon juice.
Add bananas, cool whip, and pecans to strawberry mixture stirring with a spoon until well mixed.

Pour mixture in 9” X 13” pan or mold of your choice and freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
