  • 1 pkg manicotti noodles
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 T dried italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 28 oz jar spaghetti sauce
  • Parmesan cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed, drain and let cool. Stir together cheeses, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Pipe mixture into cooked manicotti noddles. Spread thin layer of sauce in bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Arrange filled noodles in single layer over sauce. Pour remaining sauce over noodles. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Remove foil, top with extra mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake additional 15 minutes.
