Slow Cooker Asian Tomato Beef

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 boneless beef round steak (3-3 1/2 lbs), cut in strips
  • 6 cups broccoli florets
  • Hot cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

3. Stir in the broccoli. Increase the heat to HIGH. Cover and cook for 15 mins or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve the beef mixture with the rice.
