JANINE’S MARINATED BEAN SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1/2 cup olive oil {3.75oz}
  • 1/2 cup sherry vinegar {3.75oz}
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 can kidney beans, drain, rinse
  • 1 can black beans, drain, rinse
  • 1 can cut green beans, drain, rinse
  • 1 can cut wax beans, drain, rinse
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Chopped green pepper
  • Chopped red pepper
  • Chopped yellow pepper
  • Sliced celery

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, stir splenda with oil, vinegar and salt until blended. Add remaining ingredients and toss well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving to blend flavors.
