Ingredients

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in pan and bring to a boil. Cool. This sauce may be used as a baste for ribs, steaks and poultry during the last few minutes of cooking. It is best served as a table sauce. If sauce is too thick, thin with additional water. Sauce will keep several weeks if refrigerated.
