Grits with Gorgonzola Cheese

  • 2 (141/2oz) cans fat free chicken broth
  • 3/4 cupuncooked quick-cooking grits
  • 1 cup (4oz.) crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/3 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. each salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Bring broth to a boil, gradually add grits; stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low; simmer covered, for 5 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in remaing ingredients.
