- 1 Green tomato
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt/pepper
- 2 Tb oil

Step 1
Slice the tomato.
Coat with flour. Tap off excess.
Fry in oil over medium high heat until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper after flipping.
Drain on paper towels before serving.
