Sweet Potatoe Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 cup and 2 tbs. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes.
- 2 tbs. butter, melted
- 1 tbs. and 1 tps. milk
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/8 tps. vanilla estract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tbs. and 1 tps. butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Prehaet oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan
In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Spread sweet potatoe mixture into the prepared baking dish. Ina small bowl, mix together brown sugar and flour. Cut in 1/3 cup butter until misture is crumbly, then stir in pecans. Sprinkle pecan mixture over the sweet potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
