Ingredients
- Onion
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Basil
- Oregano
- Balsamic vinegar
- Brandy
- White wine
- 28-oz. San Marzano
- Parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil and a tad of butter. Add basil and oregano. Add balsamic and cook down. Add brandy, cook down; add around 1/2 c. white wine and cooke down by half. Add tomatoes; cook down. Add Parmesan
