Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Ingredients
- Filling:
- Crust
- 2 1/2 cups of pretzels, crushed (about 10 oz bag)
- 3/4 cup of butter or margarine melted
- 3 T sugar
- 2 cups (or 8 oz) Cool Whip
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of sugar
- Topping:
- 6 oz package strawberry Jello
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 2 (16oz) pkgs frozen sliced strawberries with syrup, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Crust: Combine pretzels, margarine and sugar. Press into 9" X 13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Filling: Mix cool whip, cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled crust.
Topping: Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Chill until slightly
thickened. Spoon over filling. Chill until set; 4-6 hours.
