Ingredients

  • 1 C. margarine
  • 1 C. water
  • 4 Tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 2 C. all purpose flour
  • 2 C. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 C. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs,beaten

Preparation

Step 1

Place margarine,water and cocoa in a saucepan.Heat until margarine melts;let cool.In a mixing bowl,combine flour,sugar,baking soda and salt;mix well.Add margarine mixture,buttermilk and eggs to flour mixture;stir well.Spread in a greased jelly roll pan;bake for 20 minutes at 400*.
