• 6 hard boiled eggs
• 1/4 C mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 Tbs sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/8 tsp salt
• Dash pepper
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayonnaise. Add relish, mustard, salt and pepper; stir well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish on top with shakes of paprika.

Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
