- 2 c sunsalted butter at room temp
- 1 c fruit sugar
- 3 1/4 c flour
- 1/2 c rice flour or cornstrarch
- 1 large Toblerone bar
- 1/2 c milk chocolate bar, coarsely chopped.
- 2 tbsp icing sugar

Step 1
To make fruit sugar yourself, simply process a cup of regular sugar in the food processor for about 1 min.
Beat butter until very light. gradually beat in fruit sugar and contue beating until mixture is very smooth. Sift the two types of flour together and mix well. Stir flour into butter mixture by had and knead dough slightly.
Cut toblerone bar into 60 large chunks and save. Stir reamaining toblerone pieces and shavings with the milk cocolate pieces into the dough.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and arrange mounds of batter on top. Press one of the larger cunks of Toblerone into the centre of each cookie. Bake in preheated 325 oven for 20-25 mins or just until lightly browned. Cool on raks and dust cookies with icing sugar.
